Write to support@subtoolbox.best for anything about the site — a file that parses wrong, a format you wish were supported, a sync fix that misbehaved, or a plain question about subtitle formats.

For parsing bugs, one detail makes reports dramatically more useful: the first few lines of the file (or the file itself, minus any caption text you cannot share). Timestamps alone are usually enough to reproduce a conversion problem — and timestamps are rarely sensitive.

Please don't send video files, and note that we can't help locate subtitles for films or shows — this site processes files you already have; it doesn't distribute anyone's captions.
